'ICE' means that the water temperature is too low and therefore the pumps will be turned on to prevent freezing within the plumbing. The owner was dosing in very large quantities which was the cause of their issues. Little and often is the best way to go when adding any chemicals to a hot tub. I don't rate Aqua Finesse at all.
