With a new spa, and you just having drained it, it is probably an air locked pump. What this means is that you have a small constant circulation pump with not much power, that got ait trapped in it when you drained.

When you went to start back up, this 'air lock' prevented the pump from fully priming. Jungle Book Tamil Cartoon Movie Free Download. Power down the spa at the breaker.

Remove the filter element.Stick a garden hose with lots of pressure into the skimmer hole and open the hose valve to let water inject into the skimmer. Restore power to the spa and check operation. If after attempting this a few times you still get the code, there is an issue with your flowswitch, or with your circulation pump. With a brand new spa, id like to hope that you just have an air lock. Don't be alarmed and don't be mad. I maintain a hot tub in a resort and in the summer we change the water weekly to get rid of this stuff. We have this trouble to a lesser extent in our other bodies of water at the resort. What can you do?

Go to the pool place and get some of the blue stuff. (comes under several names) The blue stuff works best when the chlorine is low.

Put one ounce in a bucket of water to mix then put it into the tub - run the blower and the jets for 15 minutes wait 15 minutes and do it again. Let it run on maintenance speed all night. (never add water to chemical. Always add chemical to water) What is happening is the blue stuff makes the disolved solids in your water (oil, etc) bind together and either float or sink depending on their specific density. This gunk will be mostly removed by the filter. Clean any you find from the tub (ring around the tub) Treat your tub weekly (not weakly) with the blue stuff.

And also, be very particular about your water balance; pH, Total Alkalinity, chlorine. Calcium is unconsequental in your case unless it is extremely high (above 800 ppm) I presume you know you should have about 7.4 pH, 3 - 10 ppm CL, 80-100 TA or 100-120 depending on whether you use liquid or dry CL. And lastly, Take a good shower before you get into your tub and insist others who use your tub do the same. I presume swim suits might be optional in your spa (they are in my home spa) if not - make sure they are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN - after a trip through the washer, rinse them again and let them dry.

This is what I call a 75 cent answer for a 50 cent question. I'm sorry if I overwhelmed you.

If I missed your question, please re-ask Above all else, enjoy your spa. A Posted on Oct 20, 2009. • 77 Answers SOURCE: Ken, You need to contact a hot tub technician/engineer as you clearly have issues. 'ICE' means that the water temperature is too low and therefore the pumps will be turned on to prevent freezing within the plumbing. Depending upon the spec and settings, the heater maybe disabled during 'ICE' condition. 'ECON' is Economy Mode. If you have a mode button, keep pressing it until you see 'Stan' on the display.

This will put the system back into the standard mode. 'FLO' means that there's insufficient flow of water through the heater, or non at all. 1) Check the water level - top up if low. 2) Ensure that all jets are open and flow water - if they don't you may have a pump issue. 3) Remove the filter(s) and see whether or not this clears the fault, if so clean or replace the filters. 'COOL' is displaying because the set temperature is much higher than the current water temperature.

As I mentioned at the start, you really should get someone to take a look at your hot tub. You may have a few issues that need resolving. Regards, Ian. Posted on Apr 17, 2010.

• 77 Answers SOURCE: The worst calcium build-up I have seen on an Acrylic shell was actually caused by incorrect use of chemicals by the owner. The owner was dosing in very large quantities which was the cause of their issues. Little and often is the best way to go when adding any chemicals to a hot tub. I don't rate Aqua Finesse at all.

I have seen cirulation lines partially blocked due to similar products, I wont recommend it to any of my customers or use it myself. If you were my customer, I'd be running through your chemical routine and the quantities that you add at any one time.
