But still DOES NOT ALLOW FSX TO LOAD. Did a registry clean, reran cmd, same 1722 error. Did a regedit and deleted all keys associated with fsx or flight simulator, did a registry clean, and reran CMD (all as an administrator)..SAME 1722 ERROR. Note: FSX did load and ran fine for few days on an external hard drive. Bought same brand and size harddrive to use as one dedicated to games and tried to uninstall FS..that is when all the problems began.

There is no uninstall program, and control panel does not display FSX. Puran Utilities was run is 'force uninstall' mode so now have no working install of FSX.
