The yellow exclamation mark you have mentioned is when the drivers are not installed. You need to download the drivers for that specific device. As you have already tried to install the drivers from the DVD, I would suggest you to download appropriate drivers from the Manufacturer’s website and then you can try to install them. Also you may try to install all the latest windows updates and see if it helps.
